These terms apply to the Karaoke Vault PH website, KVPH Collection, and the KVPH Collection Downloader apps.

Acceptance of terms

By using Karaoke Vault PH, KVPH Collection, or the KVPH Collection Downloader apps, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service description

Karaoke Vault PH provides karaoke-related web tools and downloader apps. KVPH Collection allows approved users to browse and download a private karaoke video collection using the KVPH Collection website and downloader apps.

Account access

Access is granted only to approved users. Users must sign in using the Google account associated with their KVPH Collection access. Download access may require membership in the KVPH paid-user Google Group.

Permitted use

KVPH Collection is provided for personal karaoke use by approved users. Users may download files only through approved KVPH Collection tools and only while their access is active.

Prohibited use

Do not share your account access with others.
Do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or re-upload downloaded files.
Do not attempt to bypass KVPH Collection access controls.
Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Google Drive access

The KVPH Collection Downloader may request Google Drive read-only access so approved users can download private collection files shared with their Google account. The downloader does not upload, modify, delete, rename, or manage personal Google Drive files.

Availability and limitations

Karaoke Vault PH aims to keep the service available and reliable, but access may be affected by maintenance, Google Drive limits, internet issues, device limitations, third-party service changes, or technical problems.

Download speed and availability may vary depending on internet connection, device storage, Google Drive behavior, and other factors outside our control.

Access changes and revocation

Karaoke Vault PH may suspend, revoke, or remove access if a user violates these terms, abuses the service, shares access, or is no longer eligible for access.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Karaoke Vault PH does not guarantee uninterrupted access, download speed, file availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

Karaoke Vault PH is not responsible for losses, damages, interrupted downloads, device issues, data usage charges, service interruptions, or other issues related to use of the website or downloader apps.

Changes to these terms

Karaoke Vault PH may update these Terms of Service when needed. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
